FAQ
Answers to common questions about Knowledr — how to play, scoring, accounts, and platforms.
What is Knowledr?
Knowledr is a swipe game for knowledge — "Tinder for facts". Each card shows a statement or question, and you swipe to pick your answer. Get it right to build your streak, score points, and climb the leaderboards.
How do I play?
A card appears with two possible answers, one on each side. Swipe the card toward the answer you think is correct before the timer runs out. There are no buttons during a round — it is pure swipe. Correct answers grow your streak and score; wrong ones break the streak.
Is Knowledr free?
Yes. Knowledr is free to play and supported by ads. There is no paid subscription required to play, compete on leaderboards, or challenge friends.
Do I need an account?
No — you can start playing straight away without signing up. Creating an account (with an email sign-in link or with Google) saves your stats across devices, lets you appear on the leaderboards, and lets you challenge friends.
How does scoring work?
You earn points for each correct answer, and answering correctly and quickly scores higher. Building a streak of correct answers in a row pushes your score up further. Your results are validated on the server, so the leaderboard reflects real play.
What are challenges?
A challenge lets you send a friend a link to play the same set of questions, then compare your scores head-to-head. It is the quickest way to find out who actually knows more.
What are leaderboards and streaks?
Leaderboards rank players by score within a category and time window, so you can see how you stack up. A streak counts how many questions you have answered correctly in a row within a round — the longer the streak, the better your score.
Which platforms is Knowledr on?
You can play Knowledr in any modern web browser, and there are native apps for iOS and Android. Your account and stats stay in sync across all of them.
How do I report a wrong answer or send feedback?
Open your profile, then Settings, and use the feedback option to tell us about a question you think is wrong or to share any other feedback. Every report is read.
How do I manage or delete my account and data?
Account and data controls live under your profile Settings, including the option to delete your account. See the Privacy Policy, linked in the footer, for details on what data Knowledr stores and how it is used.
